About the Team

Our Global Account team works with leading multinational partners to deliver innovative technology solutions and serve to advocate and educate the market to help accelerate the overall growth of TikTok Global Business Solutions. The team plays a critical role in establishing and leading strategic partnerships between TikTok and the world's largest advertisers. This team is consultative in nature and will lead the long-term growth of each global account.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Global Client Solutions Manager, to be based in Los Angeles within our growing Global Agency & Accounts (GA&A) team that is a vital role in our Sales team in meeting objectives and providing best in class customer service to clients. Through establishing and building trusted client relationships, our GCSMs have a key focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. This includes negotiating and optimising complex opportunities and using data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers. Success in this position requires a focus on commercial acumen, account management and the ability to provide custom solutions for advertisers leveraging our unique ad product suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow client relationships with advertisers. This includes conducting regular business reviews and taking a consultative, seller approach to increase client investments, in collaboration with the Sales Team.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients through world class service, as well as identifying and proactively recommending custom solutions and new market opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TikTok features and trends, and serve as an external product expert, educating clients on new and existing TikTok ad solutions and advising on best practices to drive optimal performance and groundbreaking campaigns.
  • Work closely with Technical Account Managers to organise, monitor and analyse campaign performance.
  • Make proactive and data-driven recommendations to optimise advertising offerings and strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross-functional teams including Ad Ops, Product and R&D to ensure successful campaign executions and troubleshoot client issues.
  • Collect marketplace feedback and insights to guide our advertising strategy and ad offerings
  • Work to manage custom marketing programs/sponsorships with other departments internally and lead the custom content campaigns to ensure assets are distributed and delivered on time.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 2+ years of experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing - biddable network experience a plus
  • Experience working directly with brand or performance advertisers, and executing custom branded campaigns.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in campaign management and setup
  • Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance and provide recommendations.
  • Experience with ad verification partners (IAS, DV, MOAT)
  • High attention to detail and very organised and self-starter, a fast learner with critical thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience analyzing campaign delivery, diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams is a plus
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience working with global partners in different time zones & cultures
