The Biomedical Equipment Technician I, under relatively close supervision, will repair, calibrate and maintain all types of basic clinical equipment technologies, devices, instruments, and systems. Inspect, install and provide preventive maintenance of general clinical equipment.
Education Requirements
Associates degree in electronic or biomedical equipment technology
Experience Desired
Six months of experience in the repair and maintenance of medical equipment
Enrollment in an associates or bachelor's degree program in biomedical engineering.
