SUMMARY OF ROLE
- All valve assembly requests for shorter then prospectus lead time will go to this team and will be handled by the engineers
- Engineer should be able to find shortest possible delivery for valve assemblies to comply with customer requested date.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Understand sales/Customer’s technical-, and lead time requirements
- Keep contact with sales offices, factories, suppliers
- Find appropriate solution in order to achieve requested lead time
- Provide alternative solutions as necessary
- Respond to sales enquiries within targeted response time
- Technical preparation and detailing of sales orders
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction
- Work systematically and professionally in a well documented manner in accordance with the company rules and procedures including adherence to trade compliance (export / import and supply chain security) regulations entirely.
- Administration
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Engineering degree preferably in mechanical engineering
- Fluent written and oral English
- Social/communication skills to interact with customers
- Strong communication skills
- Strong team player & self starter
- Experience in business systems and order processing
