Your role
Learn more about digital communications in an international environment. This is your opportunity to help Philips reach and engage with different key audiences, from employees to healthcare professionals. This internship will give you great insights in the overall communication function and in an agile way of working. Your work will have an impact all over the globe working within the Communications Center of Excellence (CCoE).

The Digital & Social media team. This team has three focus areas, internal channels, corporate Philips website and social media. The Digital & Social Media Communications team is a sub-team part of the Communications Center of Excellence who oversee global Philips strategic communications planning and programs, content strategy and creation, digital and social media communications and related measurement. It is part of Philips’ Communications and Brand function. You will be part of a dynamic and communicative team with a lot of touchpoints to the whole company including different countries. We use the agile and Scrum methodology and are working in sprints of two weeks.

You can participate in different projects and have your own set of responsibilities. You will learn how to work agile within a communications team. You will have an assigned mentor, a more senior team member, who will help you navigate your internship including help to create and reach your personal growth goals. You will be surrounded by seasoned experts in multiple disciplines, including content creation, online web presence optimization, activation and analytics; all open to support you and help you grow professionally. You have as well the opportunity to get certified trainings.
