Job Summary : To implement and drive growth of Indirect (Distribution partners) and Direct Sales of Power Tools business in assigned region.

Responsibilities:

1) Work with marketing to ensure market-level strategies and business objectives are meet by Sales 

2) Understand customer requirement as per applications & arrange to submit the Techno-commercial proposals accordingly

3) Influence the involvement of sales supports personnel, including customer support and resources in order to meet performance objectives and customers’ expectations

4) Explore business opportunities by identifying prospective client and evaluating their position in the industry

5) Maintain business relationship with OEMS

6) Review channel partners performance on monthly basis

7) Provide in-time support when and where required by clients

8) Sales & marketing of multidisciplinary customize solutions 

9) To work cross functionally within IR in order to meet customer deadlines

KPI's

1) Attend & resolve the concerns related to customers or cross functional team

2) Generate weekly enquiries by joint visit to customers with channel partner

3) Review the hit rate of channel partners against submitted quotes every month. 

4) Month-o-month achievement of AOP target

Skills Required

1) Bachelor in Mechanical /Automobile Engineering

2) 10-12 years relevant experience in OEM/Indirect Sales 

3) Strong coordination with Automotive OEMS and their ancillaries 

4) Self-motivator and self-starter

5) Result oriented

6) Proficient in MS Office : MS-Word , MS excel , PPT

7) Good level of English speaking and writing.
