CLO Virtual Fashion is looking for a creative Social Media / TikTok Intern to join our Brand Communications team. This individual will support the Brand Communications Manager and Content Creators in all social media activities and content creation, with a focus on launching our new TikTok channel. The ideal candidate will be someone who is curious about all aspects of social media strategy and TikTok – and preferably has some prior experience with social media management and content creation. This is an excellent opportunity to get hands-on experience and be an integral part of a small communications team – your work will make a real impact (no busy work here!) CLO is a global company so you may be asked to work with team members in other regions or occasionally join meetings at odd hours, but you will mainly be collaborating with the NY Brand Communications team.

Responsibilities
- Assist in launching CLO’s new TikTok channel
- Conceptualize & create TikTok content (basic video editing)
- Schedule and monitor TikTok posts
- Monitor TikTok trends and identify opportunities
- Assist in social media posting and management on other platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Curate user-created content from digital fashion influencers
- Perform basic community management tasks (e.g., interacting with users on social media platforms)
- Analyze & report results
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Digital Media, Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Familiarity with social media management and using content calendars
- Passionate about TikTok and content creation
- Video editing and storytelling skills (knowledge of tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or TikTok's built-in editor)
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail Experience with Google Drive & related tools (bonus if you’ve used Asana, Slack, and other similar platforms)
- Ability to manage own projects and work independently Interest in fashion, tech, and the intersection of both
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive attitude with a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment
