Job Description

  • During your internship, you will work with cross-functional teams to understand their IT tooling needs and assist in configuring and customizing JIRA to meet project requirements.
  • As an Instance Administrator, you will own and support the creation and maintenance of project boards, workflows, rules and issue types within JIRA and Atlassian products.
  • Furthermore, you will support agile project management methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, by documenting and presenting the evolution of our JIRA strategy.
  • In addition, you will contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for agile project management using JIRA.
  • Last but not least, you will help to create reports and metrics to track project progress and performance, conduct research, and keep abreast of industry trends and advances in IT tools and agile project management practices.

Qualifications

  • Education: studies in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology or comparable
  • Experience and Knowledge: familiarity with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban; understanding of IT tools and systems, including issue tracking tools such as JIRA
  • Personality and Working Practice: ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm: eagerness for learning and adaptation to new technologies and tools
  • Languages: fluent in German and English

Additional Information

Start: according to prior agreement

Duration: 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required)
