This internship offers you the unique opportunity to gain practical experience in Learning & Development.
Available as a compulsory internship:
- Start: Immediately or by arrangement
- Duration: At least 4 months
- Workload: Full-time (100%)
- Location: Hybrid in Steißlingen (Lake Constance)
Your tasks.
- Communication and Marketing: Use your communication and marketing skills to promote learning opportunities, engage participants and improve the overall learning experience. You will also dive into the customer journey and refine the process from the initial invitation text to the event to increase attendee engagement.
- Event management: You will be responsible for organizing webinars and training events, including the planning around them.
- Administration/ LMS operation: You will support the operation of our Learning Management System (LMS). This includes, for example, sending out invitations, managing participant registrations, promoting learning initiatives and creating analyses.
- Global reach: You will support our learning initiatives within our global organization, primarily in Europe and the USA.
Your requirements.
- You are an enrolled student (m/f/d).
- You have a marketing, business, educational and/or technical background.
- You are a collaborator who is characterized by personal responsibility, reliability, and enthusiasm; you are solution-oriented, have effective communication skills and approach new tasks in an initiative-taking, curious and structured manner.
- You are confident in using common Office programs.
- You have a very good command of written and spoken English, knowledge of German is a plus.
