LG's 2024 Summer Internship Program will be a 9-week internship from June 3rd through August 2nd, 2024.

The internship will be based in office at the LG North America Innovation Campus in Englewood Cliffs, NJ and pay an hourly rate of $23.50.

The LG Internship Program is built on the philosophy of ensuring that each intern is given the opportunity to perform robust and meaningful work while gaining real-world experience.

The program will also include each intern working on an individual strategic project for the department and delivering a presentation at the program’s end. 

Responsibilities

  • Embrace LG’s consumer experience marketing strategy built on a data-driven marketing mindset
  • Supports Senior Marketing Manager in executing best-in-class marketing strategies and product launch initiatives – and the metrics that measure their impact- to deliver business and brand equity goals.
  • Supports the development of omni-channel communication strategies for product segments, translating functional and technical specs in to compelling and differentiated consumer propositions.
  • Supports development and execution of engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and advertising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and sales, to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, consumer insights, competitive landscape and market trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in brand marketing to continuously enhance our strategies and approaches.
  • Ability to report, analyze and optimize marketing campaigns and budget throughout the year to drive actionable insights for future initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. Internship experience preferred.
  • Polished written and oral communications. Ability to develop and present compelling, engaging and polished PowerPoint presentations that inform and inspire.
  • Knowledge of media landscape.
  • Strong attention to detail. Ability to tightly manage timelines and budgets.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems for project and asset management.
