Job description

In your new role you will:

1. TMP Quality improvement coordinator. (SMT Line Walk and 5Sfacilitator).
2. Manage training and qualification for new operator.
3. Manage production operating supply.
4. Manage QC function in production. (QC Excelsior, VM, QC Paper and Solder ability).
5. Support and coordinate department administrative functions
6. Support and perform duties as indicated in the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSAS 18001/ISO45001) specification and requirements.
7. Others related assignment.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2. 0-1 year of work experience in Test, Mark, Scan and Pack background
3. Knowledge of 8D, FMEA, Spec, Statistical control chart and other statistical tools.
4. Must be able to interface with floor personnel and provide clear direction/training.
5. Good presentation skill
6. Good English communication.
