The Role

We are looking for an HR Intern to support the European Headquarters from our office in Athens, Greece. This is an internship position addressed to active university students eligible for an ESPA agreement or university/college students eligible for a university internship contract.

Throughout their internship, interns will gain international HR experience, exposure to senior leaders, network across the organization and understand Ecolab’s businesses, career paths and culture though a variety of opportunities. After successfully completing their internship, Interns can expect to have a realistic job preview of what the ‘day-in-the-life’ of an Ecolab associate looks like.

What you will do

Key responsibilities include:

• Support the HR Head European Headquarters with international HR Projects (DE&I, Learning & development etc.)
• Assist on employee communications and employer branding activities
• Support with HR admin processes for the European Organization

What you’ll need

• Excellent knowledge of English language -C2 level (verbal & written communication)
• Knowledge of German language will be considered a plus
• Academic background related to business, communications, or relevant fields
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (esp. Excel)
