The intrinsic reliability group is seeking a motivated reliability intern to provide support to our engineering operations located at ADI’s San Jose, California site. This group consists of several engineers with diverse professional and cultural backgrounds. The intern will have opportunity working on industry-leading semiconductor technologies, gaining knowledge in semiconductor device physics and reliability, and helping reliability engineers meet their reliability testing challenges.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Build a wafer level reliability test system with NI instrument and semi-automatic probe station
  • Perform intrinsic reliability testing (HCI, BTI, TDDB) of semiconductor devices

Minimum qualifications

  • BS degree in Science or Engineering
  • Demonstrated interest in semiconductor devices or circuits with class or lab work
  • Good programming skills in LabVIEW
  • Strong desire to learn and strong commitment to complete projects on time
