Digital Marketing Internship
American Express, global leader in payment services, is looking for an university or master student in Digital Marketing, Communication or in related field of study, for an internship in our Digital Marketing team in PAYBACK, the leading multi-loyalty program and multichannel marketing platform, belonging to the American Express Group.
What you will need to succeed
- Master’s degree in Communication or Marketing
- Fluent in Italian, English, both written and oral;
- Good knowledge of Office tools (in particular Excel and PPT);
- Good knowledge of photoshop and video editing;
- Basic knowledge of HTML preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong motivation with good interpersonal skills and teamwork attitude;
- Attention to details and strong analytical skills;
- Curious and thinking outside the box
You will be involved in the following activities:
- Doing Marketing Research on Digital External Landscape in relation to App initiatives, Marketing Retail projects, External Media Advertising News, etc…)
- Working on short videos and “wow” presentations for internal and external events/meetings
- Preparing Website/App texts and images, ensuring that every content is up to date
- Designing and executing Partner presence on PAYBACK channels (Landing Pages) and PAYBACK presence on Partners’ site, optimizing UX
- Checking data and comparison on Data.ai tool
- Preparing Adobe tracking and monitoring results
- Website and app images declination
- Website and app creativity creation and or upgrade
The intern will be able to understand and learn to work in a dynamic working environment, collaborating closely with different teams, and she/he will be able to deepen digital marketing contents, such as content management and story-telling skills.
