As a Wet Process Development Engineer, you will be responsible for development of new processes to enable current and next generation integrated circuit devices for DRAM and Emerging Memory!

You will evaluate new hardware platforms and process chemistries, performing fundamental research, chemistry development, and generation of intellectual property meaningful to the company.

• Wet process technology roadmap updates
• Work with Micron engineers and vendors to develop processes that meet device requirements for future memory technology nodes
• Transfer processes to pilot production and high-volume manufacturing facilities
• Improve existing processes and enhance process capability, productivity and efficiency.
• Prior wet processing and/or chemistry experience in academia must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently under minimal direction
• Experience generating presentations and reports
• The ability to work with others, both one-on-one and in a team environment, and to effectively organize, prioritize, and manage time
• Qualified candidates should also have a good background in one of the following areas: organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, surface chemistry, or electrochemistry
• Knowledge of integrated circuit processing and semiconductor devices is preferred

Pursuing M.S. or Ph. D. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science or related fields
