In this role, your main responsibilities will be to support deliveries and work with customers to resolve technical customer issues on the Partner Center Platform.

What you'll do
- As a Technical Support for Microsoft, you’ll support deliveries;
- Work with customers to resolve technical customer issues on the Partner Center Platform;
- Determine technical support Pain areas while working with Customers;
- Provide feedback and details to Technical Advisors and PG teams;
- Achieve the CPE team goals and the time to resolution or escalation, enabling a response time similar to competitors;
- Maintain technical skills through completion of ongoing readiness and Platform training;
- Participate in the creation of future Microsoft support capabilities for the cloud.
What you'll need
- Native Spanish speaker;
- Fluency in English;
- As a Technical Support for Microsoft, you’ll need previous interaction with M365 technology (SPO, EXO) (required);
- Basic Active Directory troubleshooting skills (users, mailboxes) (required);
- Knowledge of Basic API and Networking (required);
- Understand Basic programming (Python, C#,) (is a plus).
