What you'll do

  • As a Technical Support for Microsoft, you’ll support deliveries;
  • Work with customers to resolve technical customer issues on the Partner Center Platform;
  • Determine technical support Pain areas while working with Customers;
  • Provide feedback and details to Technical Advisors and PG teams;
  • Achieve the CPE team goals and the time to resolution or escalation, enabling a response time similar to competitors;
  • Maintain technical skills through completion of ongoing readiness and Platform training;
  • Participate in the creation of future Microsoft support capabilities for the cloud.

What you'll need

  • Native German speaker;
  • Fluency in English;
  • As a Technical Support for Microsoft, you’ll need previous interaction with M365 technology (SPO, EXO) (required);
  • Basic Active Directory troubleshooting skills (users, mailboxes) (required);
  • Knowledge of Basic API and Networking (required);
  • Understand Basic programming (Python, C#,) (is a plus).
