Job Description:

The Land Warfare and Air Defense (LW&AD) Finance team in Tewksbury, MA is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Asia Pacific program area as the Financial Planning and Analysis lead. In this role, the individual will have responsibility for the forecasting process with a focus on bookings, sales, profit, and cash. The FP&A lead will coordinate closely with the Asia Pacific program teams, as well as the LW&AD FP&A team, and will be integral in the monthly close process. This position is responsible for various reporting activities, inclusive of preparation and delivery of monthly forecast and operating reviews, risk and opportunity management, workforce planning, overhead planning and analysis, and various ad hoc requests.

This position requires proactive execution and significant interaction with Program Finance, Program Managers, and representatives from ops finance, supply chain, and contracts teams to ensure alignment on financial commitments. The selected candidate must be able to work effectively under deadlines and constraints as well as have the ability to multitask across a variety of programs. Additionally, this role requires the ability to dive into detailed planning elements as well as the ability to summarize, package, and present information to all levels of management.

Required Skills:

  • Experience using Rplan, SAP, and Business Warehouse
  • Strong professional experience with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment

Desired Skills:

  • Ability to learn quickly and independently create and analyze datasets
  • Prior Financial Planning & Analysis and/or Program Finance experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Continuous improvement mindset; R6Sigma certified
  • Familiar with Raytheon Technologies structure, products, vision, strategy, goals, and values

Required Education (including Major):

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field preferred
