Job Description
1、 负责蚂蚁金服海外电子钱包的用户增长和赋能
Responsible for user growth and empowerment of Ant Financials overseas e-wallets.
2、 负责当地钱包小程序用户/商家成长的解决方案及运营策略，设计流量及活动规则；共同建立小程序在当地的生态体系。
Responsible for local wallet mini app user/merchant growth solutions and operation strategies, design traffic and campaign rules; work together with local team to build the local ecosystem of the mini app.
3、 通过数据分析、产品化、运营规则等手段，设计模式，支持海外钱包落地并实现用户快速增长运营目标（活跃、留存、转化）。
Through data analysis, productization, and operating rules, design patterns to support the development of overseas e-wallets and achieve the operational goals of rapid user growth (activity, retention, and conversion).
Job requirements
1、 英语可作为工作语言流利沟通， 且具备中文语言沟通能力，能乐观面对不同挑战，逻辑思维能力强，有良好的目标设定与分解、创新、沟通协调和抗压能力。
Fluent in English as a working language, and have the ability to communicate in Chinese, be optimistic to face different challenges, strong logical thinking, good goal setting and decomposition, innovation, communication coordination and stress resistance.
2、5年及以上互联网相关行业运营经验（用户增长等），有互联网数据分析、建模等经验。熟悉支付宝生态，熟悉小程序环境，有微信或支付宝生态商家从业经验者优先。（餐饮、金融、政务等行业）
5 or more years of operational experience in Internet-related industries (user growth, etc.), with experience in Internet data analysis and modeling. Familiar with Alipay ecology, familiar with mini app environment, experience in WeChat or Alipay ecological merchants is preferred. (Catering, financial, government services industries, etc.)
