The Unit Process Excellence team is focused on establishing frameworks and standardizing processes for all backend sites to optimize efficiency. As part of this mission, we are developing a standardized analytics tool that will enable data-driven decision-making across all backend sites. This tool will serve as a unified platform to monitor, analyze, and sustain operational excellence while ensuring scalability and consistency across the sites. The selected interns—one Data Analyst and one Full Stack Developer—will actively contribute to building this solution and maintaining existing tools. Together, their work will play a pivotal role in transforming backend operations into a cohesive and efficient system, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
