We are looking for an enthusiastic Intern to join our Marketing Campaigns team at DHL CSI. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of regional and global campaigns by helping to coordinate timelines, prepare briefs, review and analyze data, and keep assets and trackers current. You’ll collaborate with campaign managers, channel specialists, and agency partners to turn customer insights into content that performs. This is a hands‑on opportunity to learn how integrated B2B campaigns come to life at scale - from idea to launch to measurement.

What’s your role:

  • Campaign Coordination: Assist with timelines, status updates, and task tracking to keep campaigns moving on schedule.
  • Brief & Asset Support: Help prepare creative briefs, organize inputs, and maintain asset lists for on‑brand, on‑time delivery.
  • Content Preparation: Draft and adapt copy for emails, social posts, banners, and internal pages under guidance from the team.
  • Channel Execution: Support set‑up and QA for campaign deployments (e.g., email lists, landing pages, social scheduling, tagging).
  • Performance Tracking: Update simple dashboards and summarize results to inform optimizations and reporting.
  • Data Evaluation: Maintain and review campaign-relevant data and create reports
  • Quality Control: Review assets to ensure consistently high quality standard of output
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with internal partners and agencies to clarify requirements and consolidate feedback.
  • Event/Activation Support: Assist with materials and logistics for campaign‑related events, webinars, or customer touchpoints.

What we’re looking for:

  • Academic Background: Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Marketing Fundamentals: Understanding of campaign elements (briefs, channels, assets, KPIs) and customer‑centric messaging.
  • Writing & Editing: Clear, concise writing with attention to tone, accuracy, and on‑brand language.
  • Digital Savvy: Familiarity with social, web, and email basics; curiosity about marketing automation and analytics.
  • Project Skills: Strong organization, prioritization, and follow‑through in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with CMS/CRM as well as graphics tools such as Canva is a plus.
  • Communication: Confident, professional communication in English
  • Collaboration: Positive, team‑first mindset;
  • Detail & Quality: Diligent record‑keeping, version control, and proofing.
  • Initiative & Learning: Self‑starter with curiosity, resilience, and willingness to learn.
