We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our Sales & Marketing team at Rosewood Amsterdam.

As a Marketing Intern, you will play an active role in supporting the hotel’s pre-opening and ongoing marketing initiatives. From digital content creation and social media engagement to brand partnerships, events, and public relations activities, you will gain hands-on experience in shaping the identity and presence of one of the most anticipated luxury hotel openings in the Netherlands. You will work closely with experienced marketing professionals to learn how a global luxury hospitality brand communicates, activates, and builds connections with guests and the local community.

Job Duties

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing and communication campaigns
• Support the creation of digital content, including social media posts, newsletters, and website materials
• Assist with content planning, scheduling, and daily social media engagement
• Monitor online presence and track performance analytics
• Support photo and video shoots, ensuring brand consistency across all materials
• Assist in compiling media coverage and preparing marketing performance reports
• Help coordinate influencer collaborations, press visits, and local brand partnerships
• Ensure all visuals and communications align with Rosewood’s global brand identity
• Assist with event coordination and promotional activities related to the hotel’s launch
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Communications, and Food & Beverage teams to support brand storytelling and promotional initiatives
• Maintain marketing asset libraries, digital archives, and brand collateral
