As an HR Intern, you will assist the Human Resources Department in researching, designing, building, evaluating and maintaining training programs across the organization. Your work will help streamline onboarding, enhance leadership training, and strengthen our company-wide learning ecosystem.
What You’ll Do:
- Create and update visual and written content for development, onboarding, and skill-building programs.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and delivering virtual and in-person training.
- Track attendance, participation, and completion for all training programs.
- Develop administrative training materials, including job aids and learner guides.
- Administer and analyze training evaluations to support continuous improvement.
- Research and share recommendations for tools, benchmarks, and trends.
- Enhance the design of learning and development tools such as the learning management system and training materials.
- Provide HR administrative support, including data collection, filing, scheduling, and assistance with special projects and events.
- Perform additional projects and duties as needed.
What You’ll Bring:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or another applicable field.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks, communicate information in a timely fashion, and execute with the appropriate sense of urgency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly motivated.
- Strong critical thinking skills, a positive attitude, and enthusiasm for learning and development.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
- The following experience is preferred but not required:
- Power BI
- Administrator of a learning management system
- Monday.com
