About the Role:
This application is for a 6-month student role from July - December 2026. Resume review begins in January 2026.
This role supports the development of oligonucleotide therapeutics by developing innovative analytical technologies. This role will develop and optimize analytical methods on LCMS systems in the lab in Cambridge, MA campus. This role will also support other relevant oligonucleotide studies using various instruments. This position requires adequate knowledge in analytical techniques such as UV, LC and LCMS.
What You’ll Do:
As a co-op, you will work under the guidance of the manager to pioneer the innovation of analytical method development, including but not limited to 2D-LC and high-resolution MS. You would participate in designing, executing and documenting experiments. Additionally, you will test samples, analyze, and interpret data/results; write technical reports and/or articles for publication; establish protocols; attend relevant internal meetings to learn and report the development of analytical methods and learning etc.

The base compensation range for this role is: $31.00-$31.00
The actual hourly wage offered will consider the candidate’s current academic level and degree candidacy, inclusive of Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, JD, MD, PhD and MBA programs. It will comply with state or local minimum wage requirements specific to the job location.
