Autoliv, a global leader in automotive safety systems, is seeking a motivated Production Quality Intern to join our team at the Gebze plant. We manufacture and market airbags, seatbelts and steering wheels. This internship provides hands‑on experience in production quality activities, data analysis and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, validate and analyse production and quality data; prepare clear status reports for management and team leads.
- Support day‑to‑day quality checks on the shop floor, including first article inspections, in‑process audits and final inspections.
- Assist in documenting and updating work instructions, standard operating procedures and quality records.
- Participate in root cause analysis (8D), corrective actions and continuous improvement activities.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- A motivated, solution-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn
Who Are We Looking For?
- 3rd or 4th-year bachelor’s degree students
- Available to work a minimum of 3–4 days per week
- Previous administrative or internship experience is desirable but not essential
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is considered a plus
