Autoliv, a global leader in automotive safety systems, is seeking a motivated Maintenance Intern to join our Gebze plant team. We specialise in manufacturing and marketing airbags, seatbelts and steering wheels. This internship offers hands‑on experience supporting plant maintenance activities, continuous improvement and equipment reliability in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the maintenance team with routine preventive and corrective maintenance activities on production equipment.
- Support troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems under the guidance of qualified technicians.
- Help prepare and update maintenance records, logbooks and handover documentation.
- Participate in set‑up, calibration and testing of machinery during line trials and new equipment introductions.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- A motivated, solution-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn
Who Are We Looking For?
- 3rd or 4th-year bachelor’s degree students
- Available to work a minimum of 3–4 days per week
- Previous administrative or internship experience is desirable but not essential
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is considered a plus
