???? Location: Iowa (Onsite)
⏳ Experience: 2+ years
???? Education: Master’s degree required
???? Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable REST APIs using Ruby on Rails
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
- Design and optimize database schemas and implement effective design patterns
- Develop and maintain background jobs and system integrations
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams
- Follow TDD, CI/CD, Agile/SCRUM, refactoring, and coding standards
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve performance and scalability,
???? Qualifications:
- Master’s degree
- 2+ years of experience as a Ruby on Rails Developer
- Strong knowledge of Ruby, Ruby on Rails, RDBMS, and OOP concepts
- Solid understanding of database design and software design patterns
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Must have U.S. work authorization
???? Internship Structure:
- 3 months unpaid internship
- 3 months paid internship – USD 1,500/month
- Stay and food provided
