Based in Singapore, we are looking for an exceptionally driven Intern, HR to join our Human Resources organization. This will be a 6 to 12 months full-time internship.

Responsibilities:

• Onboarding & Offboarding: Provide support in the preparation of onboarding materials for new hires and support the exit processes for departing employees, ensuring a smooth transition for all parties involved.
• Talent Acquisition Support: Partners with hiring teams to build effective sourcing and assessment in managing full end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent brand activities. Additionally, supports the Talent Acquisition team in recruitment operations.
• Employee Relations: Provide support in the execution of employee engagement initiatives and key events, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• General HR Support: Provide administrative support for various HR projects, events, and other departmental tasks as required, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR team.

Requirements:

• Passionate about building a career in HR
• Relevant experience in a HR role or Talent Acquisition
• High sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to leverage communication and interpersonal skills to successfully establish and maintain professional relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Possess excellent people engagement, verbal and written communication skills
