Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Finance Shared Services Supervisor Senior to join our ever-evolving Stat reporting team and help us unleash the potential of every business.

What you’ll own as – Finance Shared Services Supervisor

• Preparation & review of annual statutory accounts for global legal entities in accordance with local GAAP.
• Co-ordinate the audits with Audit firms in order to complete and file the accounts within due dates.
• Preparation of schedules/reconciliations for audit.
• Provide all supporting as requested by auditors
• Work with BU, Legal, corporate, treasury, HR, payroll to obtain documents/information/approvals etc. as required for audits
• Preparation of Financial statements (FS) and disclosures as required
• Liaising with Tax/ Corporate/External Advisors to facilitate the completion of tax returns
• Work to address queries from Director during FS review and obtain approvals
• Work with Tax team to obtain approvals on tax workings and disclosures
• Book all stat adjustments in accounting system and agrees to local statutory accounts
• Working with local book keepers wherever applicable
• Managing & mentoring the team of group of professionals
• Supervises, reviews, researches and resolves team members queries.
• Working on automation and bringing efficiency in work by reducing manual efforts

What you bring

• 5-8 Years of post qualification experience in Stat Audit and Reporting.
• Good accounting knowledge
• Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner
• Demonstrates flexibility in response to changes in the process
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in an organized, professional manner
• Requires strong management skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
