Pay Range: The pay range for this job is $15.75 - $28.1 per hour; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location. We will meet minimum wage and/or any other applicable legal pay requirements based on city, county, and state requirements.

Position Overview

Our compensated 10-week Corporate RL Inspire Internship Program is designed to give rising senior undergraduate students a challenging, hands-on experience in the retail industry.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and analytical-minded individual who is passionate about Ralph Lauren and eager to learn.

To be eligible for a US-based Ralph Lauren Internship position, applicants must:

  • Attend college full-time in the United States and be entering your final semester or year of undergraduate studies with a graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Able to work in an in-person or hybrid workplace environment arrangement
  • Available the entire duration of the 10-week internship and reside within a commutable distance to one of our office locations (NY, NJ, NC). A housing stipend will be provided to help with travel and accommodations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The Brand Marketing Intern, NA Wholesale Intern is a key role that will contribute to Luxury and Home Family of Businesses with Lead guidance and Manager oversight as well as through alignment with key business partners. The position will support seasonal marketing objectives and coordination that are critical to executing Marketing, informing Leadership of final plans, and keeping a thoughtful eye on the competitive landscape. As the ideal candidate, you should be an enthusiastic team player who is motivated by challenges and embraces the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally. This role requires a high level of attention to detail with the capacity to successfully manage multiple projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Sample Coordination and Tracking: Full ownership of the sample coordination process, including tracking and ensuring timely delivery to accounts and coordination with cross functional teams.
  • Creative Briefing to Agency
  • Event and Store Initiative Support: Assist in planning and execution of all events and store initiatives, from concept through post-event wrap-up including event decks and recaps.
  • Vendor Management and Sourcing: Managing vendor outreach and coordination as needed for events and activations, including but not limited to sourcing for gifting, models, and catering support.
  • Seasonal Marketing Support: Coop + Media planning, monitoring, tracking and recapping
  • Brand Moments + Initiatives: Overall support on larger brand projects and initiatives
  • Competitive Tracking + Industry News: Supporting the ongoing review and analysis of competitor activities, including product launches, campaigns, and in-store executions.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Currently pursuing or completed degree in Marketing or related field
  • Previous internship/work experience in marketing
  • Demonstrates interest in Luxury and Home categories
  • Strong understanding of marketing tools and digital platforms
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Creative mindset with solution driven approach
  • Understanding of social media platforms
  • Knowledge of luxury retail industry
  • Project management experience
  • Event experience

Desired skills for all intern roles:

  • Strong understanding and appreciation of the Ralph Lauren aesthetic, brand heritage, and the retail industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong writing and math skills; retail math a plus
  • Highly organized and eager team player
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and deliver results with attention to detail
  • Thinks strategically to seize opportunities and solve problems
  • Active listener with strong communication; clearly communicates ideas, both written and verbally
  • Ability to balance creativity with practicality
