Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Pre-payroll Analyst to join our team in Costa Rica. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of time and attendance processes and will be committed to providing excellent support to our employees. This role involves managing the time-tracking process for US Payroll, responding to employee & stakeholders’ inquiries, assisting with the hiring process, maintaining employee profiles, monitoring system integrations, and collaborating closely with the payroll department.
