Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional for the role of SPE-AR Management HC with 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in healthcare products and revenue cycle management. This hybrid role requires working night shifts offering an opportunity to contribute to our healthcare solutions and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections in the healthcare domain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue cycle management and enhance financial performance.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and implement strategies for improving cash flow and reducing outstanding receivables.
  • Provide support in resolving billing discrepancies and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Utilize healthcare product knowledge to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives through effective collaboration and communication.
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems to enhance the overall effectiveness of the revenue cycle.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
