The Machine Conditioning EUV Source team designs and delivers thermal, vacuum, and fluid tin supply solutions for ASML’s extreme ultraviolet (EUV) light sources. These solutions are essential for meeting power and throughput roadmaps in the EUV source business line. This internship in our team focuses on creating a tool that provides feedback on reliability and sustainability for mechanical designs.
You will develop a practical tool (possibly in Excel) that connects design choices to reliability and sustainability impacts. This tool will help our design community make informed decisions and improve product performance.

This is a Master’s non-thesis internship for a minimum of 6 months, 3–5 days per week. The start date of this internship is as of January or February 2026.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
