You would be responsible to provide essential front office support in a busy Orthopedics practice, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every patient. Manages appointment scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, insurance verification, copay collection, and referral coordination. Supports the clinical team with chart preparation and handles incoming calls and documentation. Ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, team-based environment with a strong focus on customer service and efficiency.
