Day Shift
You would provide essential front-desk support in a busy outpatient practice focused on adult and geriatric care. Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing check-in/check-out, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting copays, and handling referrals and authorizations. Also assists with chart preparation, incoming calls, and maintaining accurate patient records. Ideal for someone who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a welcoming and efficient experience for every patient.
