Job Summary
The Executive Intern will work directly with the CEO and support the executive leadership team, contributing to high-priority projects across Operations and Growth. This role is ideal for a business-minded individual eager to gain hands-on experience in strategic planning, operational efficiency, and AI-driven initiatives. The intern will play a key part in streamlining company-wide operations and supporting the execution of Magnet’s growth strategies in a flexible, hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO and executive team with project management, research, and execution of strategic initiatives, especially those focused on operational efficiency and AI integration.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely completion of projects and smooth workflow across departments.
- Analyze business data and prepare reports or presentations to inform executive decision-making.
- Support the implementation of new operational strategies, tools, and AI-focused projects.
- Manage schedules, organize meetings, and handle administrative tasks using Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, etc.).
- Participate in executive meetings, document key actions, and follow up on deliverables.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance business growth and innovation.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in business operations, creative innovation, and the role of AI in modern enterprises.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, etc.), with the ability to analyze data and create impactful presentations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interact with senior leaders in a professional setting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
- Self-starter with a passion for learning, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Comfortable adapting to evolving priorities and working both independently and as part of a team.
