Senior Production Stylists are primarily responsible for both styling and photographing samples in the Product Studio. A minimalist approach will be necessary to achieve the ultimate goal of selling product features in the most accurate and appealing way possible. Imagery will be published on the zulily website daily. The Product Studio at zulily is a high production environment with an emphasis on quality and efficiency. Senior Production Stylists must be autonomous. However, daily flexibility and collaboration with other photographers, stylists, studio leads and supervisors will be required to meet production goals and produce quality imagery.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Styling/photographing (minimum of 60 shots per day - daily goal expectations fluctuate daily).
• High volume styling and photography of a variety of product (apparel, home goods, accessories, toys, etc) on model, on mannequin, on board and table top with a variety of backgrounds and lighting techniques.
• Successfully executed to zulily’s styling and photography lighting guidelines.
• Be able to set schedules and meet tight deadlines — self-directed.
• Create all imagery in Capture One Pro and Camera functionality.
• Create lighting and composition for each shot and set.
• Create Styling Standards on new product types/categories that do not have an established way of styling or shooting.
• Create solutions based on thought to create competitive and compelling imagery in an efficient and cost effective way.
• Collaborate with Photography and Styling Leads along with Merchants to meet all Merchandising requests and/or requirements.
• Assess trends in retail industry and execute shoot using trending props and accessories.
• Communicate and organize events with Editorial Team, coordinators and Sample Processing Teams to locate product to be shot and turn in samples when complete.

• Collaborative communication skills and thrives in team environment.
• Ability to work autonomously with little to no direction.
• Ability to be receptive and open to all feedback/constructive criticism.
• 1-2 years of visual styling or studio styling.
• 1-2 years of experience in Creative or Studio department with high production goals.
