More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Marketing Intern in Chile with Signify.

As a Product/Channel Marketing Intern you´ll gain valuable experience working alongside experienced professionals to support the product introduction process, new launches, market monitoring base on prices, product benchmarks, market analytics insights, store-checking and competitors trackers. Our main categories are concentrated in the Consumer Channel with our iconic lighting brands Philips, Philips Hue and WiZ sold through our retail partners, both in-store and online. The role also require support to the sales organization and interaction with the most relevant customers.

What you’ll do

  • Job Description Summary
    • Toolkits preparation for Product Introduction Process (pictures consolidation, specs sheets, logistic information, sales team product presentation preparation).
    • Business monitoring for masterdata health in the system related with product readiness.
    • NPIs (new product introductions) monitoring with different markets and categories.
    • Support in the local certification process considering samples coordination and product analysis.
    • Product Benchmark creation per market and category.
    • Value ladder creation for the entire portfolio.
    • Pricing process support considering internal and external reviews
    • Competitors analysis to support the development of effective channel marketing initiatives.
    • Collaborate with the team on developing and executing online and offline promotional campaigns, PoS activations and events.
    • Gather and analyze sales data to track the performance of trade marketing campaigns.
    • Support in managing our websites and e-commerce channels.
    • Assist with the creation of sales and marketing materials and presentations such as brochures, flyers, social media and website content.
    • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors.
    • Support for Product Training activities

More about you

    • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
    • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to collect and interpret data.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • A passion for marketing and a keen interest in learning about the lighting and smart home industries.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketing strategies (a plus).
    • Written and verbal communication skills in English (required).
    • Possibility to extend the Trainee Program up to 1 year or more, making it compatible with current studies
