Job Description
- Shape the future: You support the environmental strategy team to contribute to the reduction of carbon emissions, cost savings, and overall sustainability goals
- Keep the overview: You design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, ensuring they meet business needs and are visually appealing
- Teamwork is dreamwork: You work alongside the sustainability and digitalization team to understand requirements and translate them into effective visualizations
- Data is everything: You perform data analysis to identify trends and insights, presenting them through Tableau dashboards or/and Excel, as well as proposing solutions for process automation. You also ensure data accuracy and integrity in dashboards, troubleshooting issues as needed
- Keep up to date: You continuously improve dashboard performance and user experience, and also maintain documentation of data sources and dashboard designs
Your Profile
- Study field: You are currently studying in the field of Data Science, IT, Business Analytics in at least 3rd semester Bachelors or in a Master’s program
- Skills: You have proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Server, understanding of data visualization best practices, and SQL skills for data manipulation
- Other skills: You have a good understanding of how digital data is structured, stored and used; you are proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge: You have experience with other BI tools (e.g. Power BI) and basic programming skills (Python)
- Way of working: You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, as well as excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Language skills: You have good English skills, both written and spoken. German is a plus

Important information:
- Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
- You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
