Located in Cikarang, INDONESIA (60 min from Jakarta).

SEC is one of the most important factories in South-East Asia. It an ETO plant producing Medium and Low voltage solutions for our customers. It covers 33,000 sq meters and has more than 800 employees.

The main objective of the Methods team in the factory is to continuously improve our performance and service level. Our mission is simple:

  • We are expert specialized in several areas of knowledge regarding production / manufacturing processes in an entity (SPS : process design, ergonomics, capacity, simulation tools, investment, cost analysis, performance etc...).
  • We lead continuous improvement and productivity actions
  • Apply the SPS (Schneider Production System) and use it as a guide
  • Identify waste and process deviation using Lean tools (LADM, Kaizen, Red/green, VSM etc.)
  • We are the point of contact for resolution of issues related to manufacturing & logistics
  • Track operations performance and analyze root cause for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments: Operation, Supply Chain, Quality, etc.

What will you do?

  • As a Digital Transformation Engineer, you will shape and implement technical solutions (automation & IT) for assembly lines and product testing equipment.
  • You will define architectural and technological choices to meet project needs in an environment where connected products and data management are becoming central to our industrial transformation.
  • Contribute to the global efficiency of the factory and warehouse
  • Bring diagnoses expertise to optimize means, methods, tools and systems.
  • Lead complex and transversal projects to improve processes using the right methodology focusing on:
    • Safety and ergonomics.
    • Quality & Customer satisfaction.
    • Efficiency & Service Level.
    • Cost reduction.
  • Analyze end to end flows in order to propose improvements and keep our customers satisfied

Qualifications

What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Fluency in English.
  • Advanced level on Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD 2D.
  • Strong expertise in PLCs (Control Expert, SoMove, Operator Terminal Expert), IoT (Node-RED, Java), and network architectures (cybersecurity, virtual machines, protocols).
  • Knowledge of Schneider Electric platforms (PL7 Pro, Unity, Control Expert, So-Machine, Vijeo Designer) is an advantage.
  • Interest in digital technologies (Big Data, AI, ML) applied to industry.
  • Studies in IT, Automation, mechanical, electrical or electronical engineering.
  • Fast learning and ability to work under pressure.
  • Problem solving and result oriented mindset.
