Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing and scheduling recruitment activities • Support on-boarding and off-boarding processes • Maintain employee personnel files and handle HR documentation as required • Assist in managing employee relations and collecting/updating employee data • Help organize employee team-building events and distribute employee benefits • Assist in attendance data collection and organization • Coordinate HR meetings and assist in preparing materials • Support other assigned HR-related tasks

Requirements:

  • Full-time internship availability for at least 6 months • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools • Detail-oriented, patient, and able to perform under pressure • Strong communication and coordination skills, with a quick learning ability • Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written), capable of using both as working languages • Current undergraduate or graduate student; major not limited, but language, economics, or business administration (BWL) backgrounds are preferred
