Role Responsibilities & Job Descriptions:
Implement initiatives that drive sustainable growth from new products, new markets, or new partnerships, all aimed at increasing the company’s footprint and revenue streams
Analyse market trends and competitor movements, business development helps the company stay ahead of the competition
Enhance the company's brand, making it more visible and respected in the market, increases customer trust and potentially leads to greater customer retention and acquisition
Assess the potential risks and benefits of these opportunities and strategize on how best to utilize them
Identify and implement new processes and technologies, business development can help increase the company’s operational efficiency, reducing costs and improving service delivery
Qualifications:
0 to 3+ years’ experience in Inside Sales / Telemarketing/Business Development/Sales and/or IT/ Software Solution
Degree in Engineering field or equivalent experience
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
