Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented working student or intern to join our Global Distribution Channel Marketing team, where you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing analytics and campaign management.

• Take responsibility: You support the creation of fiscal year reviews per distributor, including evaluation and graphical representation of the development of design registrations to evaluate campaigns
• Holistic Overview: You take over the monthly compilation of campaign results in PowerPoint for presentation to the business units and management
• Keep the overview: You are working on the review of product listings with distributors before the start and during campaigns
• Data is everything: You are responsible for the transfer of campaign results to Excel for use in Tableau
• Keep up to date: You perform regular updating of KPI benchmarks per distributor and per business unit
• Be creative: You take over the uploading of New Product Introductions (NPIs) to partner websites
• Analyze and optimize: You analyze revenue trends, campaign effectiveness, and other key performance indicators to identify areas for growth and optimization, and develop data-driven recommendations to improve marketing strategies and tactics

Your Profile

• Study field: You are currently studying Business Administration or similar with focus on Marketing
• Experience: Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in marketing in a company
• Skills: You are proficient in using MS office, ideally gained first experience with Tableau and have a talent for visualizing complex issues in a clear and harmonious way
• Analytical skills: You have a strong analytical mindset and are able to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to inform marketing decisions
• Way of working: You are characterized by a structured and careful way of working
• Language skills: You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken

Important information:

• Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
• You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
