Job Description

We have an opportunity for a HR Intern to join us at Honeywell, in Katowice, where you will take on a variety of responsibilities aimed at providing HR support, enhancing the company's public image, and gaining valuable hands-on HR experience. This is a hybrid role, 3 (office) + 2 (home) days model.

Key responsibilities:

• Explore HR Functions: Learning about recruitment, business support, and employee assistance in the HR department
• Admin support and projects: Starting with administrative tasks and later contributing to projects and digitization processes
• Support in employees’ events coordination and partnerships
• Participation in branding activities
• HR Generalists’ support

Key requirements:

• Final year of study in HR or related field (HR management, legal, economy )
• Strong desire to develop in the HR area
• Fluency in English and Polish language
• Positive and “get things done” attitude with excellent communications skills.
• Ability to drive things into completion within defined timelines
• Strong data analytics and tech savvy with data systems and tools (knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft 365)
• Availability to work for 12 months ( full time preferred)
