Partner Transformation Program is transforming the way we work with our partners (e.g. distributors). Partner Transformation is one of the high priority transformations in Philips.

We are driving several initiatives that will build and/or improve the partner landscape. Currently we are working with several tools including a proprietary Contract and Partner Management Tool, several analytics tools, a selected Learning Management System and Excel based tools. All tools are based on several data management processes and we use data for further management reporting, driving capability building and decision making.

We are looking for an intern who is interested in learning partner management processes and the value Partners can bring to Philips.

Your role

• Support Partner Program management and operations with data processing and reports
• Support with data processing and analytics

• Learn Partner Management processes, challenges, best practice new deployments in these areas and contribute to the program and eventually our growth

You're the right fit if

• Currently studying towards a Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Economics, Commercial, Operations or related field
• Strong analytical skills , data analysis, and very good knowledge of Excel
• Attention to details
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good command of English in writing and speaking

What you will get in return

• Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level. If you will perform a part-time internship you will receive the allowance pro-rata.
• Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300,- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,- net for all other Philips locations. You need to provide a rental contract of the land lord, and your normal home-work travel distance need to be more than 50 km or travel time (one way trip) need to be more than 1.5 hours.
• Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €192,- net
• Paid holidays per internship term.
• The opportunity to buy Philips equipment at our Philips shop
