Job Description Summary
The RBA fleet systems team is the first line of defense when an issue occurs in a field engine being in charge of the engine diagnostic to understand potential root cause. The team is looking for a Engineering student with passion for technology development and the aviation industry to help the team meeting strategic goals. On this job you will be working hand by hand with the RBA fleet systems leaders to help us standardizing the way we do engine troubleshooting while learning how to analyze the health of a turbofan engine and the process to update our engine manuals to clarify those instructions for troubleshooting and maintenance.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Conceptual or theoretical activities related to translating users' needs into the definition of a system, its architecture and design through an iterative process that results in an effective operational system and demands an interdisciplinary approach.
- May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures.
- Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
- Present and substantiate results from his/her own work to peers, senior leadership and direct manager
Required Qualifications
- Currently in an Engineering bachelor (Mechanical, Aeronautical or Mechatronics) with no more than two years to graduate
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Enthusiasm for learning and professional growth.
- Good communication in Spanish and English.
Desired Characteristics
- Experience with python or similar computational language
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma
- Project management skills
