More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a R&D Development Engineer Intern in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon with Signify.

• Research and development new concepts and applications for lighting products
• Design different mechanical components and generate assemblies using CAD tools
• Support to development prototypes on Sheet metal, 3D printing, plastic injection, etc.

More about you

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly at this job opening:

• Currently studying Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical or any other related
• Knowledge of Design 2D, 3D and Assemblies (Solid Works, Unigraphics or any other related Design software)
• Knowledge of Thermal and structural simulation using Solid Works, NX or any other related
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as Metal Forming, Plastic injection molding, Casting, Spinning, Stamping, Machining, etc.
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic components such as Drivers, LED´s, PCB, Sensors, Etc.
• Good communication Spanish /English.
