Your Key Responsibilities:

Job Purpose

Support implementation, maintenance and tracking of B2B cross-division projects.

Improve B2B sales processes through the reporting of sales activity and

achievement progress by business unit, product line and customer.

Support the presentation of projects to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects and sales data from the Salesforce.com system and create reports;
  • Implement rules and revise processes to improve the quality of data tracking;
  • Track the progress of the B2B projects against the target and share results with

Key Account Managers and other stakeholders;

  • Support the creation and management of sales and marketing assets for

cross-divisional business development;

  • Collect up-to-date data from different sources for official reporting;
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis where required (market intelligence, sales and

customer analysis, etc.).

What we need for this role

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

Educational Background: University Degree, preferably in Economics

or Management Engineering.

Computer Knowledge: Excel, PowerPoint

Language Knowledge: Good written and spoken English.

Relational and proactive skills, analytical mindset and precision, goal-oriented,

willing to learn and work in a competitive and demanding environment.
