Our TurboTax MarTech and Data Activation team is at the heart of our marketing efforts. We're responsible for enabling and managing tracking for in-market campaign activities, data onboarding, audience segmentation, and implementing new marketing technologies. Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Audience Segmentation & Activation: Play a key role in creating and managing audience segments using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), ensuring they are accurately shared and activated across various marketing channels.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Partner with our analytics team and channel partners to track audience match rates and own the quality assurance of our segmentation efforts, ensuring data integrity.
  • Collaborative Impact: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and support the successful execution of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

  • A strong interest in how data is used to enhance marketing activities.
  • Foundational understanding of data segmentation and audience strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Any prior experience with data activation or audience strategies is a plus!

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Actively enrolled in a post-secondary education program.
  • A graduation date at least 4 months after the co-op term ends.
  • Available for an 8-month co-op work term (September 2025 - April 2026)
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada for the duration of the co-op term, without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Ability to work in our Toronto office a minimum of 3 days per week.
