Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Job Description

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling products and services to customers within your territory by understanding their needs, creating solutions, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You will focus on generating new sales leads and visiting existing clients to achieve sales goals. This role offers the opportunity to significantly contribute to future growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed strategic regional sales goals by generating qualified leads and establishing a high profile presence in the industry.
  • Develop client commitment by building relationships with key decision makers and educating clients on product value.
  • Deliver well-specified projects by managing engineering resources and promoting efficient designs.
  • Develop strategies to meet profit expectations and manage estimating resources effectively.
  • Manage the territory by utilizing marketing resources and coordinating with administrative resources.

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the Municipal, Consulting, or Construction industry.
  • PE or ability to obtain PE, preferred, but not required.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong business development mindset.
  • Ability to travel 3 or more days each week.
  • Ability to multitask.

Work Environment

This is a 100% remote role with travel required up to 3 days per week, 3 weeks out of the month. The territory includes Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, and Nebraska, with travel by car and plane necessary. The ideal candidate will reside in St. Louis, Kansas City, Des Moines, or Omaha.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $87500.00 - $120000.00/yr.
