Goal
Support the Sales & Engineering teams on post-sales multi-faceted projects with technical activities such reading and interpreting design drawings and scope, communicating with internal customers on post sale requirements needed for implementation, and managing and tracking a database of post-sale documentation.
Essential Functions
- Support on asset and building control point takeoffs as needed by the pre-sales team
- Communicate clearly and effectively post-sale documentation needed for implementation
- Manage and track status changes for post-sale opportunities
- Meeting with internal customers regarding requirements for pos-sale activities
- Ability to be agile to changes in the process and post-sale status
- Support on process development for creating efficiencies through the post sales process
- Take ownership by placing orders via SharePoint
- Meeting the required deadlines for updates and deliverables
- Read and interpret contract, scope of work, and pricing proposals
What we look for:
Required
- Final year in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electromechanical Engineering student.
- 0-1 year of experience in engineering related activities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suites
- Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Effective and professional communication skills include the ability to effectively communicate with internal/external customers and peers.
- Proficient in English verbal and written skills
- Understanding of Cloud computing and Digital components around reducing energy consumption
- Ability to learn quickly on various systems, including but not limited to cost estimation tool systems and SalesForce
Preferred
- Basic Knowledge of HVAC and building control systems
- Basic knowledge of cloud architecture
- Oral and written skills in Portuguese is preferred but nor required
